Packing Parties are more than just events tailored to your group of volunteers; they're exhilarating team-building experiences! As your participants collaborate to assemble packages, they'll bond over shared stories, laughter, and the gratifying feeling of making a positive impact. Your tax-deductible sponsorship covers everything needed from start to finish and best of all, we handle all the details and execute our events with military precision!

Here's how it works:

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. You'll receive an email with a calendar link to schedule a chat with one of our event experts; during this meeting, we'll nail down all the details of your event.
  3. After your meeting, you'll receive a custom sponsorship quote.
  4. For off-site events, we'll do a brief site visit.

After that, it's all on us. We'll manage the details, creating a memorable event for you that supports our overseas heroes. Let's collaborate!

Minimum Pledge: A minimum of at least $1000 is required for Packing Events hosted at our warehouse (5643 N 52nd Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301). Packing Event costs increase beyond this according to the number of boxes sponsored, our available donated inventory, and the desired location of your event.

  • Your Location: Prefer your own space? We can come to you with a modest 20% mobile fee. Prior to the event, we'll schedule a site visit to guarantee the space meets our packing needs.


  • Coverage: Your tax-deductible sponsorship covers the complete cost: supplies, postage, and event materials.
  • Value: You cover only about 20% of the value it costs us to fill, pack, and ship each care package. This provides excellent value for your contribution.
