Packing Parties are high-energy, hands-on events where your group assembles care packages for deployed U.S. service members. Whether you're a company, school, or community group, these events build team spirit, boost morale, and create a lasting impact.

How It Works

  2. We’ll follow up with a link to schedule a short planning call.

  3. You’ll receive a custom quote based on group size, location, and our current inventory.

  4. We manage the rest—setup, materials, guidance, and cleanup are all included.

We execute your event—start to finish—while you focus on engaging your team.


Sponsorship Details

  • Minimum Sponsorship: 50 care packages 

    • Sponsorship commitment scales according to the number of care packages that will be packed.

  • Current Minimum Sponsorship Commitment for 50 care packages (Subject to Change):

    • At Our Warehouse (Glendale, AZ): Starting at $1,750

    • At Your Location: Starting at $2,187 (includes 20% mobile fee)

  • Final pricing varies based on available inventory and package contents

  • Sponsorships are 100% tax-deductible and directly fund the mission

  • Each package is valued between $102–$160, and you fund just ~22% of the true cost


Location Options

  • Our Warehouse: Holds up to 50 participants.

  • Mobile Events: We come to you—conference rooms, outdoor spaces, or anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. Just provide a clear space and we'll bring and set up everything else.
